Pharmacy Weight Loss Basingstoke is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription services to eligible patients in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or where complete and truthful information has not been provided. Providing false or misleading medical information may endanger your health and constitutes a breach of these terms.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our registered prescribers following a clinical assessment. Completion of a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacists and prescribers will review your consultation and may contact you for further information before approving or declining treatment. Clinical decisions are final and are made in the interest of patient safety.
Prescriptions are valid only for the patient named and must not be shared with any other person. Any prescribed medication must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept all major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made to UK addresses only.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once your order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure a valid delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of prescription medicines.
In accordance with UK consumer law, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to prescription medicines once the supply process has begun with your consent.
If your order is declined by our prescribing team, a full refund of any consultation or medication fee will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
